خلفية
تقوم باسيا، بناء على عملها الطويل في القدس وحول مواضيع القدس، بتنظيم هذه الندوة التدريبية لتعريف الشباب الفلسطيني بأشكال متنوعة من الإبداع التراثي الفني التاريخي والمعاصر، وهي فنون قام ويقوم بها فنانون ومهندسون معماريون ومصممون وحرفيين فلسطينيون داخل القدس. وتستند هذه الدورة التدريبية إلى فكرة أن التراث والفن متشابكان بشكل عميق، وأن الحفاظ على التراث الفني يشمل عددا لا يحصى من وسائل اعلامية فنية – من الرسوم والفنون الكاريكاتيرية الحديثة إلى الملابس اليدوية التقليدية. وعليه، فإن هذه الدورة التدريبية سوف تعرف الشباب الفلسطيني المقدسي على الأساليب الإبداعية للتعبير الفني، وتعرفهم على الفنانين المعاصرين وأعمالهم، وتغرس فيهم أهمية الحفاظ على هذه العناصر الفريدة من تراثهم. سيتم تنفيذ هذه الدورة التدريبية كجزء من مشروع "حماية التراث الإسلامي والمسيحي في القدس" الذي يتم تنفيذه بالشراكة بين مؤسسة الرؤية الفلسطينية ومؤسسة باسيا ومؤسسة آكت لحل النزاعات، وبتمويل من الإتحاد الأوروبي.
الفئة المستهدفة
يستهدف هذا البرنامج التدريبي مشاركين تشمل اهتماماتهم و مهامهم ما له علاقة بالفنون المختلفة، ودورها بالتراث الوطني والحضارة وخاصة بمدينة القدس.
مبنى ومحتوى الدورة
• دورة تدريبية مكثفة: سيتم عرض قضايا: مواضيع؛ مفاهيم وأمثلة خاصة بالتراث والحضارة وانعكاساتها التاريخية والحالية على المستقبل ضمن اطار الفنون. ستستمر الدورة ليومين، مع التركيز على ضرورة حماية الثقافة والتراث الفلسطيني في القدس. وسيشمل البرنامج ما يلي:
• التراث الثقافي الإسلامي والمسيحي في القدس
• قبة الصخرة كنموذج أموي
• اطلالة على التراث المقدسي المادي وغير المادي
• فن الكاريكتير في الصحافة المحلية
• الفن الإسلامي والعربي والغربي وتأثيره على المجتمع المقدسي
• تجربة شخصية لفنان رسم كاريكاتور
• الفن الزخرفي في القدس • التراث والمتاحف والتاريخ والارث
• الزي الشعبي والأزياء التقليدية
• جذور الفن الفلسطيني
• مواضيع ونقاشات أخرى حول الفنون: الثقاقة والحضارة في القدس
• ختام الدورة: سيتم منح شهادات للمشاركين الذين أتموا البرنامج بنجاح.
إجراءات التسجيل
على المهتمين بالدورة التدريبية تعبئة طلب الالتحاق. ستوجب على المشاركين الذين يتم اختيارهم تأكيد تفرغهم والتزامهم بالمشاركة بدوام كامل خطياً، إضافة إلى تقديم كتاب رسمي من مشغليهم يؤكد إعفائهم من العمل خلال فترة الدورة.
ستعقد الدورة الدراسية على مدار يومين في مدينة القدس.
سيتم التدريب باتخاذ كافة شروط الصحة والسلامة العامة والتعليمات الخاصة ب كوفيد 19.
توجد إمكانية مشاركة غير المقيمين في القدس من خلال الزوم، مع إعطاء الأولوية للمشاركة الفعلية (الحضور الوجاهي).
لن يكلف المشاركون بأية رسوم اشتراك أو مصاريف للدورة (الدورة الدراسية مجانية).

Protecting Islamic and Christian Cultural Heritage in Jerusalem
calls for applications for a training seminar on
PRESERVING HERITAGE THROUGH ART
Background
Building on its longstanding work in and on Jerusalem, PASSIA is organizing this training seminar to introduce young Palestinians to the diverse forms of artistic heritage creation undertaken historically and contemporarily by Palestinian artists, architects, designers, and craftspersons within Jerusalem. This seminar is based on the idea that heritage and art are deeply intertwined and that the preservation of artistic heritage includes a myriad of media – from modern cartoons to traditional handmade clothing. Thus, this course will familiarize young Palestinian Jerusalemites with creative methods of artistic expression, acquaint them with contemporary artists and their works, and instill in them the importance of preserving these unique elements of their heritage. This training is part of the "Protecting Islamic and Christian Culture in Jerusalem" project which is jointly implemented by Palestinian Vision Organization, PASSIA and ACT, and funded by the EU.
Targeted Audience
This training program targets participants whose interests and tasks include what has to do with the various arts, and their role in national heritage and civilization, especially in Jerusalem.
Program Structure and Content
• Intensive Seminar. During the two-day seminar, key issues, concepts and practices of arts as a tool to preserve culture will be introduced, presented and discussed, focusing on the need to protect Palestinian culture and heritage in Jerusalem. Issues: topics, concepts and examples of heritage and civilization and their historical and current implications for the future will be presented within the framework of the arts. The program includes:
• Islamic & Christian cultural heritage in Jerusalem
• Islamic; Western and Arab art and its influence on the Jerusalem community
• “Cartoons” art in local press
• The Dome of the Rock as an “Umayyad “period model
• Personal experience of a cartoonist
• Decorative art in Jerusalem structures
• Museums; History & Heritage
• Folk customs and traditional customs
• Roots of the Palestinian Arts
• Other related issues, topics and discussions
• Certificates will be awarded to participants who successfully completed the program.
Registration Procedures
Candidates interested in the training seminar should fill-in the E-application form. Upon selection, participants will have to confirm their com¬mitment to full-time participation in writing as well as submit a letter from their employers confirming that they will be exempted from work during the required period.
The PASSIA Training Program will take place in Jerusalem. Non-residents of Jerusalem may participate through Zoom, with priority given to actual participation (face-to-face presence). There are no costs involved.
The training will be carried out by taking all the health and public safety conditions and instructions for COVID-19.
