Description
This study examines current Islamic movements in the Palestinian Territories, most notably the Muslim Brotherhood, the Islamic Liberation Party, and the Islamic Jihad. Their current activities, positions and relations with other organizations are considered and specific chapters discuss the New World Order, the Gulf Crisis and the Islamic movements’ reactions to these issues. The position and relations of the Palestinian Islamists toward the Islamic world in general and the Middle East peace negotiations are also discussed.
