خلفية
تأسيسا على عملها الطويل في القدس وحولها، تنظم مؤسسة باسيا هذه الدورة التدريبية لتعزيز قدرة وفاعلية الشباب الفلسطيني على تصميم أنشطة المناصرة والإعلام والتوعية العامة على خلفية التهديد المحدق لتراثهم الديني وثقافتهم في القدس. ستزود الدورة المشاركين بالمعرفة والأدوات والمهارات اللازمة لتطوير وتحسين مهارات التصوير الفوتوغرافي لاستخدامها على المستويين المحلي والدولي. سيتم تنفيذ هذه الدورة التدريبية كجزء من مشروع "حماية التراث الإسلامي والمسيحي في القدس" الذي يتم تنفيذه بالشراكة بين مؤسسة الرؤية الفلسطينية ومؤسسة باسيا ومؤسسة آكت لحل النزاعات، وبتمويل من الإتحاد الأوروبي.
متطلبات التقدم بالطلبات
يستهدف هذا البرنامج التدريبي مشاركين تشمل مهامهم صياغة السياسات أو المناصرة أو الضغط، مثل تنظيم الحملات والمراقبة وحشد الأفراد والموارد، والذين يرغبون في تعزيز مهاراتهم، بالإضافة إلى الناشطين الشباب المشاركين في المبادرات ذات الطابع العملي والمبادرات المجتمعية. يتوجب على المشاركين الالتزام بدوام كامل طوال فترة الدورة.
مبنى ومحتوى الدورة
• دورة تدريبية مكثفة: سيتم عرض القضايا والمفاهيم والممارسات الرئيسية في مجالا التصوير الفوتوغرافي خلال الدورة التي ستستمر ليومين، مع التركيز على ضرورة حماية الثقافة والتراث الفلسطيني في القدس. وسيشمل البرنامج ما يلي:
• ما هو التصوير الفوتوغرافي ولماذا يستخدم؟
• المراجعة الفنية والمفاهيمية للصور
• أنواع التصوير
• مهارات تحرير الصور
• تقنيات التصوير الأساسية
• ما بعد الإنتاج
• الجوانب القانونية للتصوير
• التواصل عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
ملاحظة: ستكون هناك فجوة لمدة أسبوع بين اليوم الأول واليوم الثاني من التدريب، وذلك من أجل إعطاء المتدربين الوقت الكافي لتطبيق ما تعلموه والتقاط صور لمواقع تراثية مختلفة في القدس.
• ختام الدورة: سيتم منح شهادات للمشاركين الذين أتموا البرنامج بنجاح.
إجراءات التسجيل
على المهتمين بالدورة التدريبية تعبئة طلب الالتحاق الالكتروني. ستوجب على المشاركين الذين يتم اختيارهم تأكيد تفرغهم والتزامهم بالمشاركة بدوام كامل خطياً، إضافة إلى تقديم كتاب رسمي من مشغليهم يؤكد إعفائهم من العمل خلال فترة الدورة.
ستعقد الدورة الدراسية لمدة يومين الخميس 30 حزيران والسبت 2 تموز 2022، في مدينة القدس.
لن يكلف المشاركون بأية رسوم اشتراك أو مصاريف للدورة (الدورة الدراسية مجانية).

Visualizing and Documenting Heritage Using Photography
Background
Building on its longstanding work in and on Jerusalem, PASSIA is organizing this training seminar to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of young Palestinians to successfully engage in digital advocacy, media and public awareness activities against the background of their threatened religious heritage and culture in Jerusalem. The course will provide participants with the knowledge, tools and skills to develop and improve Photography Skills for use at local and international levels. This training is part of the "Protecting Islamic and Christian Culture in Jerusalem" project which is jointly implemented by Palestinian Vision Organization, PASSIA and ACT, and funded by the EU.
Application Requirements
The training program is aimed at participants whose tasks include policy formulation, advocacy or lobbying, such as campaigning, monitoring and mobilizing people and resources, and who wish to enhance their skills, as well as youth activists involved in action-oriented and community-based initiatives. Applicants must be able to commit themselves full-time throughout the two-day program.
Program Structure and Content
Intensive Seminar. During the two-day seminar, key issues, concepts and practices of photography will be introduced, focusing on the need to protect Palestinian culture and heritage in Jerusalem. The program includes:
• What is photography and why?
• Technical and conceptual review of the photos
• Types of photography
• Photo editing skills
• Essential photography techniques
• Post Production
• Legal Aspects of photography
• Social Media Outreach
Note: There will be a week gap between Day One and Day Two of the training in order to give the trainees time to employ what they have learned and take photos of different heritage sites in Jerusalem.
Certificates will be awarded to participants who successfully completed the program.
Procedure
Candidates interested in the training seminar should fill-in the E-application form. Upon selection, participants will have to confirm their commitment to full-time participation in writing as well as submit a letter from their employers confirming that they will be exempted from work during the required period.
The PASSIA Training Program will take place on June 30th and July 2nd 2022 in Jerusalem. There are no costs involved.
